Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu
Welcome to Kathmandu – The Capital of Nepal. On arrival at Kathmandu International airport, begin your tour of ‘Royal Nepal’. Post customs and immigration, you will be met just outside the arrival hall and get transferred to your hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu
This morning, enjoy a city tour of Kathmandu, visiting temples of Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath, Temple of the living Goddess and stroll through the old Durbar Square. The rest of the evening is at leisure to enjoy exploring the markets, pubs and casinos on your own. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 03: Kathmandu, Pokhara
Today you will proceed on a picturesque drive to the city of Pokhara. On arrival, check into your hotel. The rest of the evening is free to enjoy the Himalayas. Walk around the serene Phewa Lake. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 04: Pokhara
The day is spent unraveling the wonders of the Pokhara Valley. Enjoy a visit to the Tibetan settlements, the handicraft markets and the Gupteshwar Cave where the Shiva Lingam is preserved and finally visit the famous Devi’s Falls. The rest of the day is at leisure. You can enjoy boating on Phewa Lake on your own. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 05: Pokhara, Chitwan
Today, you will proceed on a drive from Kathmandu valley into the subtropical Gangetic plains - the Terai region, to Chitwan. On arrival into Chitwan, check-in to your hotel. Chitwan is famous for its rich flora, fauna and wildlife, especially the single-horned Asiatic Rhinoceros and the Royal Bengal Tiger ! The rest of the evening is at leisure for individual activities. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 06: Chitwan
Early morning, proceed to the Royal Chitwan National Park for jungle activity. Pass through Sal Forests, riverine vegetation and ‘Elephant Grass’ Savannah. Spot different species of birds. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 07: Chitwan, Kathmandu
Today, drive back to Kathmandu, where on arrival you will check-in to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore the city. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 08: Depart Kathmandu
Today bid farewell to your ‘Royal Nepal’ tour as you are transferred to Kathmandu International airport for your onward journey.
